Meditation is an ancient technique practiced by Buddhas, yogis, and ordinary people for their mental and physical benefit. Meditation is a universal medicine that helps you to overcome anxiety, depression, anger, fear; and develop self-love, compassion, and forgiveness, heal trauma and grief, and of course integrate your mind, body, and spirit.
Please invite anyone you believe could benefit from loving-kindness meditation practice to join our group!
May you all be well, happy and peaceful!
Time: 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm (Pacific ST), Every Sunday (Chakma-Bilingual)
